Iberico Ham Blázquez is an exquisite product made from the hind limb of the Iberian pig bred in the dehesa pastures of the Iberian Peninsula. This is a handmade product with a quality capable of doing the delights of the most demanding gourmets.

““We use to buy other Blazquez products (vacuum packed ham chunks, dry-cured pork loin slices) and let me tell you we won't go back to those. Last Christmas we decided to up the ante and go with the Iberico Ham Blazquez and, although the cost is obviously larger than packed ham chunks, the quality is orders of magnitude better and the experience of cutting your slices from the ham is pure magic. Together with the ham we ended up buying the cuchillo profesional para cortar jamon espanyol which has been performing smoothly (this knife is the Arcos Nitrum Serie Universal, and just for the inexperienced Arcos is probably the best knife manufacturer in Spain http://en.arcos.com/). And of course we needed a holder because otherwise the ham is impossible to cut and we went with the wooden holder Gondola model and the good people at Ham-Cheese-Wine upgraded it to a Blazquez holder very sturdy and with a more modern look. Very, very satisfied with out purchase, still enjoying our ham and counting the days until we're done with it and it's time to order another one. Ham-Cheese-Wine, keep the good selection and service!!””
